if you've sent an email and haven't recieved a response in 1-3 days, please resend!

Q: Shipping?

All orders are processed at the end of each week, and are sent out together !! Please check your email for a tracking number. If you need your package earlier, please send a message!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! you may order through my Etsy to prepay VAT fees or order through here. I don't have any control over the international shipping rates however, so they are a bit expensive. please also note that the customer is responsible for the VAT & customs charges in their respective countries.

for EU/UK orders:  Due to new laws please submit all orders through Etsy. If you are interested in any preorder items/deals, please send an email to [email protected] or dm me on twitter. 

all orders come with a tracking number, you will recieve an email once your package has been sent out! 

Q: I submitted the wrong address?

send me an email as soon as possible! Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be edited, and I cannot refund the shipping fee.

Q: Returns and exchange policy?

if your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please send an email including photos of the damaged items and original packaging. If it's a mistake on my end, I will reship the defective/missing products!

if your order is lost—provided that the address was correct I will resend your package! If you have given me the wrong address without notifying me to correct it I will be unable to replace it.

other than that, there are no returns or exchanges.

Q: [PREORDER] status?

any items ordered with this tag will only be shipped when all items in your order are ready for shipment. below is a rough timeframe for when items will arrive.
